Joseph Oppenheimer Obituary

Joseph Robert Oppenheimer, aged 63, peacefully passed away on April 10, 2024, to return to God’s embrace. He was born on September 19, 1960, in Atlanta, Georgia, as the beloved son of Robert Henry Oppenheimer and Jane (Weisselberg) Oppenheimer.

Joseph's life was defined by his unwavering dedication to helping both people and animals. His strong work ethic was matched only by his passion for activities like golfing, enjoying music, and attending live concerts. He harbored a deep love for the music industry and had imagined becoming a radio host, a vision supported by his captivating voice. When he moved from Houston to Bryan College Station six years ago, he felt he had finally discovered his true home.

He will be fondly remembered by those who had the privilege of knowing him. Joseph leaves behind his long-time best friend, Britney Marburger, who remained by his side until the very end, his "second mother," Joyce Arnold, his sister, Ann Mize as well as co-workers and many beloved friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert, and Jane.

Joseph's spirit and kindness will continue to resonate in the hearts of all who were touched by his presence.
